Jesse Sparks

"My passion is helping people to discover strengths within themselves to better navigate the complexities of modern life.  Enriching relationships, feeling more connected to the world around them and succeeding through difficult, and sometimes painful transitions are my general aims in working with clients. I view the counseling process as a joint effort based in the idea that clients are really their own best "experts."  Through this process, I work in a collaborative fashion to help you set your own goals and pace for the therapeutic encounter. "
